BIG NEWS! - you heard it here first!

Hi there!!
So much news to tell you that I'm not sure where to start!
Let's start with the closest date. Just had a phone call with the new owner of The River (formally Le Fevers River Grille) David (the new owner) is a friend of mine and we've finally managed to find a date when I can sing. So, Sept 26th I shall be there from 6pm - 9pm.
Then - very excited about a series of three cabarets in October on the 3rd, 10th and 17th. All are at Kennedy's Down Under in Playhouse Square which is a delightfully intimate space under the Ohio Theatre - perfect for a cabaret concert.
You may choose to come to one, two or all three if you wish. Although some of you may have seen Divas and L'Chaim I promise you some new music! For many that did not see L'Chaim! - this one of my favorite shows so far this year with a chocolate box of songs and then finally 'Through a Film Glass Darkly' ooooh! This cabaret iincludes songs of love, reflection and movies!!
THE BIG NEWS is that Christmas and the Holidays are coming and guess what?!! I'm off to Columbus to perform a Holiday show with the Columbus Jazz Orchestra during the first week in December AND... the Columbus Jazz Orchestra are going to come back to Akron so we can all do the show again on Saturday December 19th at the Akron Civic Theatre!!!!! This is one of the most FABULOUS bands. If you've never seen and heard them before then I'm telling you - you will want to keep coming back for more! Byron Stripling who is the band leader is one of the funniest people i've seen in action on stage -he sings, plays and makes me laugh so hard I have to go back to my dressing room to re apply mascara !! The two of us in combat together on stage is quite something and we have a blast!
So - watch out as tickets will be on sale very soon and I think with such superstars as the Columbus Jazz Orchestra coming to Akron I hope this will be the ticket to have and the show to come and see!! Please tell your friends and family and for those of you who've seen the show before -expect something a little different and expect to have a lot of fun!
You heard it here first folks!
Have a lovely weekend!
